Q: My coffee is brewed hot. Can I pour it directly into the PET can?

A: Generally, NO. Standard PET plastic has a heat distortion temperature of around 60°C to 65°C (140°F - 150°F).

What happens? If you pour boiling liquid (90°C+) into a standard PET can, it will shrink, deform, and melt instantly.

The Solution: You must cool your beverage down to at least room temperature (or below 50°C) before filling. This packaging is designed for Cold Brew, Iced Tea, Sodas, and Ambient Temperature Juices.

Exception: There are special "Hot Fill" grade PET bottles, but standard clear PET cans are almost exclusively for cold applications.

Q: Does a plastic can offer the same shelf life as a glass bottle?

A: PET technology is advanced, but plastic is naturally slightly permeable compared to glass or metal.

Carbonated Drinks: You can expect a shelf life of 3 to 6 months before the carbonation levels start to noticeably drop. The drink is still safe, just less fizzy.

Non-Carbonated (Still) Drinks: With proper sealing and nitrogen flushing, shelf life can extend to 6 to 12 months.

Storage Matters: Keeping the cans in a cool, dark environment (refrigerated is best) significantly extends the quality and shelf life compared to storing them in hot sunlight.

Q: Do you provide templates for label design?

A: Yes! Because the can is a cylinder, calculating the label size is simple geometry (Circumference = Diameter × π), but you need to account for overlap.

330ml Can: Typically requires a label width of approx. 200mm-210mm and a height of 110mm.

500ml Can: Typically requires a similar width but a taller height, around 160mm.

Advice: We recommend ordering samples first. Print your design on paper at home, cut it out, and wrap it around the sample can to check the visual fit before ordering thousands of professional stickers.
