PET has a relatively low glass transition temperature. If you pour hot coffee or tea (typically served at 80°C-90°C) directly into a PET cup, it will warp, shrink, and deform almost instantly. This is not a defect; it is a characteristic of the material. For hot beverages, we recommend paper cups or PP cups.

Store in Cool Places: Avoid storing cartons of PET cups in direct sunlight or hot shipping containers for extended periods to prevent warping.
