Q: I'm worried about receiving a box of dented cans. How do you pack them?

A: This is a common fear with aluminum, but PET has a huge advantage: Memory.

• Flexibility: If a PET can is squeezed, it usually pops back into its original shape. It doesn't permanently "dent" like metal.

• Our Packing: We pack empty cans in organized layers with cardboard separators inside sturdy corrugated cartons. For pallet orders, we shrink-wrap the entire pallet. The damage rate for PET cans is historically extremely low—often less than 1%.

Q: I already have a seamer for aluminum beer cans. Can I use it for your PET cans?

A: Most likely, YES.

The Standard: Our PET cans are manufactured with a standard 202# neck finish. This is the exact same industry standard used for aluminum soda and beer cans.

The Adjustment: You may need to adjust the height of your base plate (because PET cans might be slightly taller or shorter than your current aluminum ones). You generally do not need to change the chuck if the diameter is the same. We recommend sending us your machine specs to double-check.

Q: How can I prove to my customers that these plastic cans are safe?

A: We provide certifications to back it up.

The Science: BPA (Bisphenol A) is not used in the chemical synthesis of PET resin. It's simply not an ingredient in the recipe.

Documentation: We can supply you with FDA compliance letters and SGS test reports that confirm our cans are free from BPA and Phthalates. You can display these on your website or show them to health inspectors.
